Combat Reality Training.

C.R.T is a new concept in martial art/self defence and fitness training. The best way to describe C.R.T is 'special forces' training for martial artists or people interested in martial art training.

The C.R.T guidelines and training programs are being drawn from special forces training programs from around the world including SAS, Navy Seals, Army Rangers, Police depts and many more.

C.R.T is all about developing a 'combat mindset'.  The world we live in is becoming more unpredictable and violent everyday.  Even in Australia, which was once known as 'the lucky country', evidence of the increasing rate of violent crime can be seen every time you watch the television news, listen to the radio or read a newspaper.

C.R.T is elite training for the few who are willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done and to be ready for any situation and to be able to react in an instant.

The C.R.T program is for those who wish to train harder then they ever have, to push themselves to the limit and to discover what they are capable of.

The C.R.T program is open to men and woman over the ages of 18 years.  You DO NOT have to have had any previous martial art training experience to join the C.R.T program.

Martial Artists are welcome to join the C.R.T program regardless or what style or system they currently train in.

C.R.T training days are held every three months.  The morning session 7am to 12 midday is CRT (see below).  The afternoon sessions 1pm to 6pm comprise other C.R.T components (see list below).

So how is C.R.T different from regular martial arts?

C.R.T takes martial art training to the next level.

C.R.T is for those who want more, C.R.T involves gruelling physical and mental training, it is not done in a class situation rather over weekends or day long training sessions where the participants are tested to the limits both physically and mentally. C.R.T is all about developing a Combat Mindset.  It is far more then learning to kick and punch and how to defend yourself.

CRT can be best described as being what you would expect from a military boot camp.  CRT training camps are held once a year over a long weekend.  For more information about the annual CRT training camp, click here
