The "Train
Your Brain" Awareness Development program for Most Martial Art systems teach the physical elements of self defence. Self Defence only 20% physical, it is 80% psychological, if you are only training in the physical elements of self defence you are only doing a small part of the job. There are five elements of self defence, the first four are psychological, 1. Pre-Conditioning.Pre-conditioning deals with awareness, this is a crucial element of self defence. 2. Perception.Perception in the area of self defence mostly deals with sight, how to use you vision effectively, what to look for and what not to do. 3. Processing.The processing of the information received from the senses in a quick and effective manner is the next important element of self defence. 4. Preparation.The preparation element of self defence deal with pre-planning prior to any confrontation and planned reactions during a confrontation. 5. Protection.Protection is the physical element of self defence with includes engaging or escaping from an attacker. 'Train Your Brain 1''Train Your Brain 1' (TYB1) is a Cd program which examines and explains the 80% of self defence that is psychological. When people or martial art instructors talk about self defence they usually say things such as "awareness is the key", "you should become more aware" or "awareness is important", however they rarely teach how to become aware. Train You Brain1 contain a four level awareness development program which is designed to raise your awareness so that you can detect trouble and deal with before you find you self in immediate danger.
Train Your Brain 1, will teach you ' Deliberate Actions Plans and an Immediate Action Plan. Deliberate Actions Plans (DAP) consist of pre-planning for any possibility and having planned reactions prior to the confrontation. Want to know more about DAP click here Immediate Action Plan (IAP) is a 6 step system of dealing with a confrontation which provides you system of staying calm and surviving the confrontation. Want to know more about IAP click here Why is this important?An attack already has the skills that you will learn in Train Your Brain 1, an attacker is already aware, he/she has a plan, attacks have three elements Surprise, Speed & Savagery. The Situational Associative Conditioning Program contained within Train Your Brain 1 will greatly reduce the chances of you being surprised, an attack that does NOT contain the element of surprise will be slower and therefore has less chance of success. Train Your Brain 1 (TYB1) will give you the edge in a street confrontation. If you are training in a martial art of self defence system, TYB1 will enhance your current training and make it more street effective.
