'Train Your Brain 1' (TYB1) is a Cd program which examines and explains the 80% of self defence that is psychological.
When people or martial art instructors talk about self defence they usually say things such as "awareness is the key", "you should become more aware" or "awareness is important", however they rarely teach how to become aware. "Train You Brain 1" contains a four level awareness development program which is designed to raise your awareness so that you can detect trouble and deal with before you find you self in immediate danger.
