If you want to get accelerate your fitness try our new combat kickboxing, a combination of fitness training, bag work and kickboxing techniques.
This is a 40 minute session of Hard Physical Training followed by 20 minutes of Reality Based Self Defence Training.
This is martial art without the belts, gradings and formalities of regular martial arts. It's boot camp every Monday and Thursday night.
If you want to accelerate your progress to towards you fitness or weight lose goals Combat Kickboxing is a great way to get fit, lose weight, gain self confidence and learn to defend yourself in any situation.
